Notes: Kangoos are a new-ish workout revolution in Boulder and Shanley's mom is an expert. She owns a small studio on 28th and Canyon right by the Marriott and Essentials. EMT Bake Sale 5/27

It's time for another EMT Bake Sale! This time, all the proceeds will go to the Community Food Share

WHAT: EMT Bake Sale to benefit Community Food Share
WHEN: Thursday, May 27th from 9 am- 2 pm
WHERE: SRG Lobby

Please contact Kristyn Mendel or Jessica McNierney if you would be willing to donate a baked treat for the bake sale. Cookies, breads, muffins, cupcakes, Rice Krispy Treats, brownies, healthier options... They sky is the limit and it's for a good cause, so get excited!

Also, there will be a silent auction for the Cake-of-the-Day, generously provided by our in-house baking pro, Inke, Yum! The winner will be announced at 2:30 pm, so please place your bids before then.

Happy (almost) Valentine's Day!
EMT Valentine Grams are here! Who's excited??

Dear SRG,

We've been thinking. How can we say thanks for that brilliant media plan? What about that late night the production team put in? Or maybe I just wanted to tell you I like your new haircut? What better way to show your appreciation to your fellow SRGers than by sending a heartfelt Valentine Gram? Especially since all proceeds will benefit The Children's Hospital Heart Institute.

So, all you need to do is head up to the front desk this week to fill out Valentine Grams for all your favorite SRGers (Cari, Shanley, and I will be accepting Valentine's all week...hint, hint).

Here's the scoop:

1. Fill out your grams and drop them in the decorated box.
2. Place $1 per Gram in the donation jar. (All proceeds benefit The Heart Institute at The Children's Hospital and of course, any additional donations are more than welcome.)
3. Your Gram (plus some delicious treats) will be delivered to your Valentine on Friday afternoon.

We are sure there are plenty of SRGers you just adore, so let's show some SRG love and support TCH while we're at it!

Are you ready for some football?! Get ready for those Super Bowl parties with SRG's first ever Super Bowl Smackdown.

Rules and Regs:

• Create a super bowl inspired appetizer that will server 12 people for tasting on Tuesday, February 2nd.
  
• Inspired by you! (No raiding the super market grocery shelves and then just tossing the pre-made dip on the table.)
• Judging will take place by SRG employees from 4-5 pm (please bring your appetizers to the cafe at 3:30 pm to set up).
