Notes: Kangoos are a new-ish workout revolution in Boulder and Shanley's mom is an expert. She owns a small studio on 28th and Canyon right by the Marriott and Essentials. She teaches classes in Kangoos, which are moon boot like rollerblades that reduce the impact of running on your joints and burn twice as many calories as a normal workout.
